Ran on a beautiful Sunday morning at Plaza Frontenac– Lululemon’s fun and complimentary 5K had a good jump start to the day!

Sporting the GoPro at St. Patty’s race again, and this time with my hurl and sliotar and new friends! 

I wore my JammyPack for the first time, and was hoping to finish the race within the 5 minute time limit of my Skrillex song, and I didn’t, BUT I won the race! Thanks to my hurling team for inviting me to come!

Lululemon hosted another fabulous, complimentary 5K event! They also had a yoga session right after to end the morning with a great stretch! Plaza Frontenac had free swag from local businesses, from fitness shakes to fresh yogurt to margaritas! *High five* to my favorite Southwest food restaurant, Canyon Cafe, for that! 5K time- 18:12! It was a radical day!  Started off with the 5-mile race downtown at 9am, followed by some video shooting gig for college lacrosse at CBC High School, then my bike team’s fundraiser all the way until midnight! I have attached stills and a video of my day downtown.  I love my GoPro!!

O.D. Loutzenheiser crossed the finish line second this past weekend’s Frozen Buns Run!  With a time of 19:00 flat!

I ran the first annual 5K Mardi Gras race this past weekend, and had some sweet media time with Fox 2! Check it out! I also ran an awesome time of 17:39! Woohoo!!
